The practice of it months later is that I actually stopped wearing them because they were a pain in the ass as a night-time routine. About a month before Julie is scheduled to give birth, she finds my snoring fairly unbearable and finds that when I'm wearing this it is a lot quieter. Given that, I have returned to wearing them. They don't cancel snoring but they cut the sound down.
