And for most nations this is true. They're small timers and life just goes on almost all of the time because no one is able to get going in any way. The people of these nations rarely see the changes coming. Sometimes, even after the changes have occurred they still do not realize. In a pub in Wales, in 2011, I overheard a couple of Welsh lads talking about how they should take back India.
