I dropped Julie off at lunch with her girlfriends and was driving to the dry cleaner's when I spotted this chap leading a tour group. I'm a huge fan of people who're doing bits, so I went up and said hello and it turns out he's reprising the role of Emperor Norton, Emperor of the United States and Protector of Mexico. He's got these tour groups going on around the city and all that.
He gave me a bond that pays a princely 5% on a 50-cent face value. I'm rich!
