The Palms
The apartment building Julie and I live in is called The Palms and this is its address:

There are quite a things specific to the building but they aren't stored anywhere so I decided to just put them here.
Balcony Light Fixtures
The light fixtures on the balcony have a cover held on with an S2-T20 Torx Security screw (the one that requires the bit with a hole in the center) and the lamps inside are G24Q 18W CFLs to start with. That form factor has LEDs now.

Bulky Item Pickup
Recology offers bulky item pickup but doesn't have the address on the website. You'll have to email [email protected] who usually have slots one week in advance. They tell you to drop it off on Freelon St. I did this Mar 5 at 20:30 for a pickup window of Mar 6 0600-1600 and it was picked up by 10:30 on Mar 6.
